Over the years the Trusts have built institutional links, with specific departments of reputed hospitals. At present the Trusts have established links with 19 such hospitals in Mumbai and 12 outside Mumbai. Following are the list of the hospitals in Mumbai and outside Mumbai.

Application process

Patients from all the above link hospitals are requested to approach the Trusts through the respective recommending authority only. The Trusts do not encourage direct application from patients undergoing treatment at these linked hospitals.

For patients undergoing allopathic treatment in other hospitals in Mumbai, the Trusts accept applications directly. However, the total cost of treatment should be over Rs. 50,000.

	Personal written application from the immediate family member of the patient or the patient
	Photocopy of recent certificate from the treating doctor stating the ailment, treatment / surgery and the estimated cost of treatment / surgery.
	Photocopy of recent discharge card, bills and receipts of the hospital, if undergone treatment / surgery

It may be noted that accepting and processing direct applications for medical assistance is completely at the discretion of the Trusts. Applications have to be sent by POST or you may come personally between 2.30 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. to the Sir Ratan Tata Trust, Mulla House (Jehangir Wadia Building), Third floor, 51, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Mumbai 400 001
