We are very happy to announce the commencement of the HID Fellowship programme.

The first learning event of the four-module series will be held during June 14 to June 19, 2010 at Henry Martin Institute, Hyderabad.

The first learning event consists of two parts.

Day one of the meeting (June 14, 2010) is scheduled for a consultation with the chief functionaries of the organisations and fellowship nominees. The objective of this exercise is to introduce the fellowship programme and understand (broadly) the organisational change needs of the participating organisations.

Participation of heads of organisation in the consultation is important to anchor the programme in the organisation. It is our learning that this interaction also enhances the overall effectiveness of the initiative and enables sponsorship commitment.

The heads of the organisation can reach Hyderabad on the morning of June 14, 2010 and can plan their return travel next day morning.

The first learning event with the fellows will begin on June 15, 2010 and will end on June 19, 2010 by 4 pm. The theme of the workshop is "Exploring self and personal development".
