As part of Reforming
Elementary Education, the Trusts are proactively
supporting organisations working with the
government system towards qualitative improvement
and reform. Simultaneously, the Trusts attempt
to provide support to organisations providing
service delivery in areas where the government
system has not reached, or is ineffective
(e.g. urban slums and remote rural locations).
