Clinical Establishment

Under this sub-theme of Clinical Establishment, the Trusts support the existing health institutions in upgrading from primary care to secondary care provider and from secondary to tertiary care. The Trusts also provide financial support to the institutions for procuring new equipment and upgrading existing infrastructure with latest available equipments.

The main objective of the Clinical Establishment would be to increase availability of curative health services in rural and remote areas of the country, increase and improve accessibility of health services, reduce the inequality in health, making available quality services at low and affordable cost, and linking hospital services with community programmes.
