scarce resource within the health sector.
Consequently, the Trusts' attempts within
health training and capacity building have
helped in improving the capacities and skills
of both organisations and individuals, for
careers in public and community health. The
Trusts have also encouraged renowned, specialist
institutions to offer skill development programmes,
especially for those working in the non-profit
sector.
